Michael Berger
New York based photographer specializing in art, editorial, and photographic montage. Owner of a graphics production studio serving the presentation needs of agencies, producers, and corporations. He has worked with the International Center of Photography, Kodak Professional Services, Canon, ASMP, PDN and the Parsons School of Design photographing and presenting the works of Henri Cartier-Bresson, Sebastião Salgado, Jr., Gordon Parks, Hans Neleman, Arnold Newman, Cindy Sherman, Barbara Bordnick, Bruce Weber and Howard Chapnick. With Richard Avedon he designed, photographed, and staged several career retrospective multi screen presentations in Europe.

Michael Berger began the Times Square Photo Project in 1997 and the Coney Island Photo Project in 2003. The work has been shot on film and digitally. Conceived as a photographic interpretation of the transition of Times Square and Coney Island.

Subjects of other photographic projects have included Rockaway Beach and the Arizona/California desert.

His work has been published in books, newspapers and magazines, used in advertisements, video productions, on the web and displayed on large video screens in public spaces.. A permanent installation is on display at the ABC / Good Morning America Studios in Times Square.

Corporate clients have included IBM, Mattel, A&E Networks, Discovery Networks, MTV Networks, NBC, American Express, Condé Nast and Disney.
